Perfect for kids 7-12 years old to get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music.

 Zumba® Kids Jr. 

Perfect for kids 4-7 years old get the chance to socialize with friends and jam out to their favorite music.

​

 

How It Works

Zumba® Kids & Zumba® Kids, Jr classes are rockin', high-energy dance parties packed with

kid-friendly routines set to chart hits and cultural tunes.

​

We'll break down the steps together, add games and activities into a jam packed fun class structure.

​

​

 

Benefits

Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives

by making fitness fun.

 

Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness.

• Please advise us of any health concerns or illnesses that your child may have and that you understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding your child’s participation in Zumba® Kids & Zumba® Kids Jr dance classes.

​

• Please ensure your child wears trainers or plimsolls and clothes suitable to exercise in.

​

• Please ensure your child has a small bottle of water to keep them well hydrated in class.

​

• Please ensure that your child arrives on time and has a bathroom break prior to the start of class.

​

• It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that their child is collected from class on time. For your child’s safety, please collect your child from inside the venue.     

​

• Please provide a note to confirm if someone other than yourself is going to collect your child.
