Hello, everyone!

We wanted to share a quick update regarding our class pricing. For the last two years, we've held the price at £8.00 to keep fitness accessible, but unfortunately, increasing operating costs mean we must now make a small adjustment.

​

Effective from 1st November 2025, the cost of a class will be £9.00.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued loyalty – we look forward to

delivering the high-quality sessions you expect.

  PLEASE BOOK ALL CLASSES - PAYMENT TO BE MADE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING

 Cancellations 

 

We do appreciate that, on occasion, you may need to cancel a

class and as long as you provide at least 24 hours

notice before the session is due to start, we can then transfer

your booking & payment to another time. 

​

Please ensure that you cancel through email, telephone or via Facebook.

Unfortunately, we do have to charge for short notice cancellations. 

If less than 24 hours notice is provided.

Giving as much notice as possible helps everyone,

as this gives someone on the waiting list opportunity to attend

in your place.

If you do cancel less than 24 hours before your class we will be able to offer you a recorded link

for a day of your choice within the same week 

​
