Let’s learn about the many benefits of rebounding and why you should start attending our classes today.

What is Rebounding?
Rebounding is a form of exercise where you jump on a small trampoline to get your heart pumping and strengthen muscles. These trampolines have a firm mat so you can jump, jog, and dance on the rebounder without fear of injuring yourself.

What are the Benefits of Rebounding?
1. Better than Running
Rebounding is a better cardio workout than running! Running is hard on your joints and some people find it boring. With rebounding, you never get bored because you can do different moves. It’s also low impact, so you don’t have to worry about hurting your joints. What really pushes rebounding over the top is that it is more efficient than running. Your heart rate gets higher faster and it can burn up to 50% more fat than running.

When you jump up and down, you actually increase the amount of weight put on your bones. This makes it a safe and efficient way to strengthen your bones!
4. Helps you Lose Weight
Cardio is a great way to lose weight because it burns calories. However, it’s best to combine cardio with strength training to lose weight and keep it off. When you rebound, you are doing both. Your heart rate will get high, so you will burn plenty of calories, but you will also strengthen your muscles as you bounce.
